Transfer Options for MLT Graduates
MCCC has a program to program transfer agreement with Gwynedd-Mercy College, http://www.gmc.edu/. MLT graduates have several pathways of study to choose from including a B.S. in Medical Technology and a Bachelor in Health Science Degree.
MCCC has a post-matriculation agreement with Pennsylvania College of Technology, http://www.pct.edu/. This distance education option provides MLT graduates with the opportunity to complete a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Health Sciences. PCT will transfer up to 84 of MCCC students' MLT and prerequisite credits. Included in this total are credits for successful completion of the national certification exam. This program offers students courses in management, education and business that allow for career expansion within the discipline of laboratory sciences.
MCCC has a program to program transfer agreement with Widener University, http://www.widener.edu. MLT graduates can earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in Allied Health. Students can choose from a variety of concentration including education and business.
