Electronic Commerce (A.A.S.) Business Option
Purpose
The Electronic Commerce program is designed to prepare students for an entry
level e-commerce management position in a business developing or expanding its
presence on the Web, or for students seeking skills to start their own online
business.
Program Objectives
A graduate should be able to:
- demonstrate both business and technical skills necessary to
obtain an entry level position in managing, marketing, or
supporting electronic commerce activity.
- demonstrate required knowledge and skills to continue the
educational process toward more advanced training leading to
career advancement.
