Marketing (A.A.S.)
Purpose
The Marketing Management program is designed to prepare the graduate for employment in an entry level position in marketing.
Program Objectives
A graduate should:
- demonstrate the ability to obtain an entry level position in marketing such as: Sales Assistant, Event Assistant, Market Research Assistant, Assistant Brand (Product) Manager, Assistant Account Executive, or Promotions Assistant.
- acquire the skills and marketing acumen needed to pursue entrepreneurial endeavors or small business marketing.
- become proficient in applying learned marketing knowledge and possess the aptitude necessary to continue the educational process toward career advancement.
- exhibit strategic college level decision making skills in organizations as well as in career and educational choices.
