Mentoring Program

One of the most effective faculty development opportunities at the College is the Full-Time Faculty Mentoring Program. The Program supports new faculty as they begin their career at the College and also provides tenured faculty with new ways in which they can further enhance the working and learning environment of the College.

By providing multiple opportunities for collegial networking and sharing, the Mentoring Program helps each new full-time faculty move seamlessly from hire to full functioning membership in the College community.
