Students at Montgomery County Community College benefit from the continuing generosity of the Central Montgomery County Business and Professional Women (CMC BPW). Each year, the organization provides a $1,500 scholarship for an adult, female student who is pursuing a degree in business at the College. The scholarship covers the cost of tuition for one academic year of full-time study.
CMC BPW was recently recognized for its commitment to higher education at the Pennsylvania State Convention of the Business and Professional Women/PA, during which the Montgomery County chapter received the Grace B. Daniels Award. The award recognizes the chapter as supporting the best local program or project that provides networking to women in college, graduate school, business college or trade school.
