Montgomery County Community College and Whitpain Township Parks and Recreation Department will present a drive-in screening of Disney / Pixar’s animated movie "Up" on Friday, Sept. 11 at dusk in the College's Cathcart Road parking lot, 340 DeKalb Pike, Blue Bell. The screening is open to the public at a cost of $5 per car. MCCC students will be admitted free with a valid MCCC student ID. For more information, call 215-641-6581.
In the animated film "Up" (2009), 78-year-old Carl Fredricksen sets out to fulfill his lifelong dream to see the Lost Land of South America by tying thousands of balloons to his home. After liftoff, Carl realizes that eight-year-old Russell has inadvertently become a stowaway on the trip. Together, they embark on a wild adventure. The film is rated PG.
