Board of Trustees Policy
The scope of this policy is defined as printed (whether mechanical or hand created) materials including, but not limited to the following: flyers, posters, pictures, table tents, and banners, and is applicable to anyone who wishes to engage in literature distribution, poster or sign displays, petitioning and similar non-commercial expressive activity at indoor and outdoor locations on College property. The College’s Acceptable Use of Technology policy governs dissemination of electronic material.
The College reserves the right to remove materials that are not posted in accordance with this policy.
Montgomery County Community College’s Courage to Create Campaign raised over $3 million to preserve and renovate the 26,000 square foot Art Barn facility, which now serves over 3,500 students and community members yearly.
Some students know immediately the career paths they would like to pursue in life, while others need time to consider various options before they make their decisions.
