When employers participating in a recent National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Job Outlook survey were asked which attributes they look for on a candidate's resume, the biggest group of respondents (77.8 percent) chose both "leadership" and "the ability to work in a team structure." These leadership programs support this data and provide a certificate and degree pathway for industry partners seeking academic credentials. These programs provide relevance for various levels of professional employees (entry-level through management) as well as adult learners in a variety of corporate and non-profit organizations such as retail, criminal justice, technology and education.
