Biotechnology, Biomanufacturing, and Molecular Techniques combines study in biochemistry, molecular biology, and cell biology, preparing students for careers in fields ranging from pharmaceuticals and chemical production, to agriculture, forensic science and the health professions. The AS degree prepares students to transfer into bachelor’s programs. The AAS program prepares students for immediate employment as lab technicians and in other roles, and boasts a strong record of hiring success with local pharmaceutical firms and other businesses.
