The study of criminal justice is a gateway program for a number of fields including local, state, and federal law enforcement, corrections, criminal investigations, juvenile justice, probation and parole, court administration, security management, or law. Job growth in these professions is projected at an average to above average rate over the next decade.
AAS degree in Criminal Justice can provide students with the professional skills necessary to pursue these career options.
The College also administers the County's ACT 120 Municipal Police Training Program at the Montgomery County Public Safety Training Campus in Conshohocken, PA under the Division of Workforce Development and Continuing Education. Successful graduates of the ACT 120 progam may be eligible for up to 20 credits toward completion of their AAS degree in Criminal Justice.
