Emergency Management and Planning

Are you someone who responds well to a crisis? Emergency Management Planners are employed by both public and private entities and are responsible for public safety and security.

Credit

AAS degree in Emergency Management and Planning is a competency based program that provides administrative, managerial, and planning skills that are necessary to facilitate disaster planning and preparedness and the coordination and management of emergency response services.

Certificate in Emergency Management and Planning is a 31-credit program to prepare you for entry level employment that does not require a degree.

Homeland Security Certificate of Completion is a rapidly-growing area of employment opportunity. In order to facilitate an entrée toward a formal academic credential in the field, the College offers a four-course, twelve-credit Certificate of Completion that will, by itself, have job and career value.
