Hotel and Restaurant Management

If you are interested in a career in the hospitality industry and enjoy customer service, the Hotel and Restaurant Management field provides many career paths and opportunities for advancement. Tourism and hospitality encompass one of the largest employment sectors in the nation. By earning a degree or certificate in this field, you will improve your employment potential in these exciting professions.

Credit

AAS degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food Service or Hotel Management Options will prepare students for entry level management positions.

Hotel/Restauant/Institutional Supervision Certificate is a one-year program designed to provide skills for hospitality management.

Hotel and Restaurant Management Specialty Certificate is an 18-credit abbreviated program. To qualify, you must have completed 30-credit hours of approved college study.

Non-Credit

We also offer ServSafe® Certifications through our Division of Workforce Development and Continuing Education.
