Real Estate

Real Estate brokers and sales agents handle the transactions involved in buying and selling homes and commercial property. Many work part time and 61 percent are self employed. More than 564,000 agents and brokers are employed nationwide and employment is projected to grow 11 percent over the next decade.

Credit

AAS degree in Management—Real Estate Option is a 62-credit degree program focusing on real estate sales and management.

Real Estate Specialty Certificate is an in-depth 18-credit program for those who already have 30 approved college credits.

Non-Credit

Real Estate classes are also offered through our Division of Workforce Development and Continuing Education at both the Blue Bell and Pottstown Campuses.
