Registration for Non-Credit Courses

There are many ways to register.

Register online * using WebAdvisor. Before registering for your course online, be sure to have the following information ready.

  • Credit card information
  • ** If you are a returning student you will need to use your MCCC Student ID number.

How to Register Online

  • In WebAdvisor — Under New Student Registration, click on Search/Register/Pay for Continuing Education Classes
  • In Search For box, type in key word (ex: business), then click SUBMIT
    OR
  • In the Course Code Number box, type in the course code #, then click SUBMIT
  • To read a description of the course, click on the name of the course
  • To register for the course, select the course you want by checking the box at the left, then click SUBMIT
  • Fill in the Personal Identification page, provide your credit card information, and click SUBMIT
* Please note that deferred payment plans cannot be arranged online.
** If you have registered for a course at the College in the past (credit or non-credit), you will have a Student ID number. Returning students, please verify and update your contact information. This is an important step.

Course Information for Non-Credit

Verification of your course registration will be mailed to you if you register by mail, fax, phone, or in-person. If you register online, you will receive an email to confirm your registration.
Your course confirmation may list your classroom if it has been assigned on the date you register. If “TBD” (to be determined) is indicated, the classroom assignment has not yet been made. Recorded telephone information on your classroom assignment will be available several days before your course starting date. Call 215-641-6462 for this information.
Central Campus: If you register online, your course confirmation email will serve as your parking pass. If you register by mail, fax, phone, or in-person, you will receive a Temporary Parking pass in the mail. In either case, place the pass on the dashboard of your car and park in the designated student parking areas. All lots/spaces are open to students unless otherwise indicated.

Pottstown Campus: All vehicles on campus must be registered with the college. Parking permits may be obtained from the Public Safety Office in Room 129 at 101 College Drive, South Hall. A completed Parking Decal Application must be presented with the vehicle's owner registration card. Decals must be in plain view either on a hang tag on the rear view mirror or on the back left bumper. Visitors may stop at the Public Safety Desk in South Hall or the main desk in North Hall to register for a day. Parking decal permits are valid at both campuses.

Class cancellation due to inclement weather will be announced on local radio and TV stations by the following code numbers.

  • Day Class Cancellation - Central Campus 320 and West Campus 395.
  • Evening (after 3:30 p.m.) and Weekend Cancellation - Central Campus 2320 and West Campus 2395.
  • To find out about College closings or delays, use one of the following options.

    • Check the front page of the College website (www.mc3.edu)
    • Call 215-641-6300 for Central Campus information and select option #1
    • Check KYW News radio 1060's School Closing section on their website
    • Listen to KYW 1060 AM, WNPV 1440 AM or WPAZ 1370 AM on the radio

Course participants will be notified of make-up class dates.

The cost indicated in the course listing is the total program price, unless otherwise indicated. Your full payment is required in order for you to be confirmed as registered in a course, unless Direct Employer Payment has been confirmed by a company official. WD&CE is a partner in WHYY's Member Card program and offers a ten per cent (10%) discount on specific personal enrichment non-credit programs. To receive this discount, be sure to include your Member Card Partner number and expiration date on your registration form. (Note: Municipal Police Act 120, EMT/Paramedic, Computer, and Certificate courses and programs are not included.)
Student withdrawal from enrollment and non-credit course refund procedure: In the event a course is cancelled by the College (usually because of low enrollment), every attempt will be made to enroll you in another course or a full refund of your tuition will be issued. If you wish to withdraw from a course, you may transfer to another non-credit course or you can request a refund of your course tuition. Your request must be received by phone or in person at our offices prior to the start of class. Course transfers and refunds will not be made after the start of a class. To withdraw from a class at Central Campus call 215-641-6397 or visit the Office of Student Records and Registrations, College Hall, Blue Bell Monday through Thursday between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. or Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. To withdraw from a class at West Camus call 610-718-1944 or visit 101 College Drive, Enrollment Services, Pottstown, Monday through Thursday between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. or Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Fees for materials, books and supplies are not refundable. The College reserves the right to cancel, combine, or divide any programs described in the Live to Learn brochure or on the website. The College also reserves the right to make any revision in the curriculum, instructor, tuition and fees, location, or any other phase of activity necessary without further notice and without incurring obligations. Alterations of the schedule may be necessary due to holidays, weather conditions, school functions, or other conflicts. Due to the structure and content of our courses, some programs may have deadline dates and different refund policies than those listed here.
