Tuition for International Students
International (F-1) students are neither Montgomery County nor Pennsylvania residents; therefore, they are not eligible for in county, in state tuition rates, or financial aid.
Non-Pennsylvania, Non-Montgomery County residents are defined by the State Code on Commonwealth on residency (paragraph 35.29b).

International student are required to enroll in 12 credits (minimum amount of credits for full-time
status) each semester for Fall and Spring semesters.
Other costs like room and board, living expenses, medical insurance and other personal items will be the students' responsibility.
