UPS Earn and Learn Program
About the Program
- The UPS Earn and Learn Program is an agreement among United Parcel Service (UPS), Collegiate Consortium, and MCCC to enroll UPS employees in college coursework to be paid by UPS.
- Collegiate Consortium Company acts as a central liaison between the College, UPS, and Edcor who provides the funding.
- UPS offers college tuition and fees, up to $1500 per semester, for their part-time employees to take classes.
- Students receive a flat rate of $25 per course for books.
How to Enroll
New Students
- Complete MCCC application
- Meet with an Academic Advisor to register for courses.
- Complete Payment Agreement. UPS students are required to pay 50% of their total tuition at a flat rate of $135 per credit hour.
- Complete and submit the UPS Earn and Learn Individual Education Plan Form and UPS Registration Form.
- Submit all 3 forms together to the Office of Admissions.
Returning Students
- Meet with an Academic Advisor to register for courses.
- Complete and submit the UPS Earn and Learn Individual Education Plan Form and UPS Registration Form.
- Submit all both forms together to the Office of Admissions.
Billing
- First time students are responsible for 50% of total tuition costs. Earn and Learn students are charged a flat rate of $135 per credit regardless of residency.
- The College bills UPS for the remaining balance.
- Returning UPS students are not required to make any payments.
- UPS pays $25 toward books for each course. Any cost above $25 a course for books is the responsibility of the student.
The deadline for all paperwork submission is 1 week before the start of the semester. If all applicable documents are not received, students are responsible for their tuition. There are no exceptions!
