State Grants

PHEAA State Grant

State grants do not have to be repaid. PHEAA provides grants to eligible Pennsylvania residents who are in need of financial aid to attend a PHEAA-approved, postsecondary school as undergraduate students.

It is not too late to submit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and receive financial aid for Fall 2011 Semester

2011 Summer PHEAA Grant Applications are now available. The 2011 Pennsylvania Summer State Grant Online Application can be located at www.pheaa.org. The online application is mandatory for any student seeking a 2011 Summer PHEAA State Grant. The filing deadline is August 15, 2011. Award determinations will be made by PHEAA.

To determine if you are eligible for a need-based state grant, families must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Applicants can access the FAFSA online at either PHEAA.org/FAFSA or fafsa.gov.
