Federal Work Study

Federal work study provides jobs for students with financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay educational expenses. The program encourages community service work and work related to a student's course of study.

Apply Early! Federal work study positions are limited. 

MCCC offers work study positions in the Library, campus offices, computer labs, science labs and other areas of the College. The College pays wages by a paycheck on a biweekly basis. To apply for Federal Work Study you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and a College Work Study Application at the Financial Aid Office.

Federal work study positions pay $8.00/hr.

May 1—PHEAA State Grant

May 1—FAFSA Completion for MCCC Foundation Scholarships

June 30—Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for prior academic year
