STARS Online

• In order to use the STARS Online Scholarship Application to apply for Foundation Scholarships, it is recommended your computer have Internet Explorer 8, but Internet Explorer 7 also works.
• Follow the STARS Online Wizard to set up your student account which will prompt you to create a unique username and password.
• The wizard will also walk you through a series of questions relating to background, academic history, education, and free form essay questions. This information will be used to identify scholarships for which you may be eligible.
• Before beginning the STARS Online application, you should have the following information readily available:
  • Montgomery County Community College ID#
  • GPA
  • Program of study
  • Letter(s) of recommendation saved in Word to upload
• Be sure to answer all questions and upload any required documents. Applications without all requested materials will be considered incomplete. The completion deadline is June 1.
• Remember your unique username and password to check scholarship application online.
