Montgomery County Community College has an open registration process supported by an online registration system—WebAdvisor.
New Students are strongly advised to meet with an academic advisor before registration for credit courses and are not permitted to register online. All full-time students taking 12 or more credits are required to meet with an academic advisor prior to registering.
Returning Students can register online via WebAdvisor.

How to Register
Students can register by mail, fax, or in person. If you are a visiting or transient student, senior citizen, or high school student, please note the special registration process.

In Person
To register in person, visit the Office of Student Records and Registration at the Central Campus in Blue Bell or the Office of Admissions, Registration and Payment at the West Campus in Pottstown. Students wishing to register in person must present a photo ID at the time of registration.
If you are a third party registering for a student you, a permission letter signed and dated by the student is required.
Visiting/Transient Students
Students who are enrolled at other colleges or universities are welcome to take courses at Montgomery County Community College during fall, spring, or summer terms. All visiting students are encouraged to check with their home institution about the transferability of the course(s) to their home institutions.
To register for a course, students should
- Complete the online application.
- After waiting 24 business hours, students can mail, fax or complete their registration in person at the Office of Student Records and Registration Systems (Blue Bell) or the Admissions, Registration and Payment Office (Pottstown) campus.
- Students must mail, fax or bring a copy of their unofficial transcripts along with the Registration Form to the Office of Student Records and Registration, or the ARP, to prove that all prerequisite course work was completed at another institution to obtain an exemption from the placement test or to take the course.
- Visiting/Transient students are not permitted to register online via WebAdvisor.
Senior Citizen Registration
Community members who are 65 years or older have the opportunity to enroll in credit courses at Montgomery County Community College, paying only the fees associated with the course(s). Tuition is waived. For this reason, senior citizens have specific registration dates for each semester. Please view the Registration Calendar. Senior citizens can register after 2 pm on the specified date listed for the term.
First time senior citizens students are required to complete the online application, or apply in person at the Office of Student Records and Registration at the Central Campus in Blue Bell or the Office of Admissions, Registration and Payment at the West Campus in Pottstown. Returning or current students will receive a letter inviting them to register for fall and spring courses. Those registering for English or math courses are required to take placement tests or provide proof that the pre-requisites have been met via an unofficial/official transcript.
High School Student Registration Dual Enrollment
High school students age 15 or older must complete the online application and the Dual Enrollment Registration Form. The form must be signed by s guidance counselor or home school supervisor as well as a parent/guardian.
To register for classes submit the completed Dual Enrollment Registration Form, along with proof of age and photo identification to the Office of Student Records and Registration at the Central Campus or the Office of Admissions, Registration and Payment at the West Campus by mail, fax or in person to register for classes. Please note high school students are not permitted to register via WebAdvisor.
