West Campus Grill
The West Campus Grill is operated by Williamson Hospitality and is located in room 103 at the main building in South Hall. The Grill is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. during the fall and spring terms. During the summer terms and when classes are not in session, it is open from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
During the fall and spring terms, a full line of hot and cold breakfast and lunch items are served. There are “grab and go” items, as well as made to order dishes, fresh soups and a variety of beverages. They offer typical college menu items, as well as many healthy choice options. All items are reasonably priced and offer a generous portion.

Vending machines are also available in the North and South Halls. Many snack and fresh food items are available. If you lose money in a machine, a refund can be obtained as follows:
- During Grill hours, refunds should be requested from the cashier in the Grill.
- After the Grill closes, but before the Barnes and Noble Campus Store closes, refunds should be requested from the cashier in the Campus Store.
- There is a telephone number posted on each vending machine indicating where to call if you prefer your refund be mailed to you directly.
