The Progress of The Courage to Create Campaign
Phase One of the Campaign has a goal of $3,000,000 for the construction, equipping, furnishing and landscaping of the Central Campus project described above. Successful fundraising will match a State contribution to the project. To date almost $500,000 has been raised toward the project.
Kramer/Marks Architects, led by partner George Marks who is an alumnus of the College, have completed the architectural schematic design and a timetable that calls for project completion by August 2008. Land development approvals have been obtained from the Township, and the project is set to move forward this spring.
Phase Two of the Campaign will raise funds to continue the expansion of art programs at the West Campus in Pottstown. Finally, the College would like to use the Campaign to raise endowment funds: $250,000 each for an Artist-in-Residence,Student Scholarships and Facility Renewal and Maintenance.
