The cycle of addiction and incarceration increasingly affects more people as the opioid epidemic grows. Our panelists have seen the cycle of incarceration, addiction, and recovery from multiple perspectives and are currently engaged in creative and holistic approaches to breaking that cycle. Please join us for this discussion on vital supportive services.

  • William Kelly–Senior Agent in Charge, Office of the Pennsylvania Attorney General, and former Police Chief of Abington Township
  • Adam Delmarcelle–artist, activist, and adjunct arts faculty at Kutztown University and Lebanon
  • Dr. Ramesh Eluri–psychologist, Center for Allied Psychiatry and Psychology Services, Pottstown
