Student Success Resources

Before enrolling for their first semester, we invite new students to meet with advisors who assist them with developing programs of study and course selections. Advisors are available during both day and evening hours at the Student Success Center at both campuses.

Be sure to take advantage of the many student success resources available to you. The Student Success Center offers academic advising, personal counseling, career services, transfer information, and English as a Second Language and International student services. Tutorial Services (formerly the Learning Assistance Lab) offers free course tutoring, and personalized tutoring for basic skills in a multimedia laboratory for all students with the goal of creating successful students and independent learners.

The College Library offers a wide range of reference materials, periodicals, and government documents. Within the main library you will find the AV Library, which has a large selection of CDs, DVDs, audiocassettes, videocassettes, and much more.

For those with special needs, the Disabilities Services Center and the Health Services Office are available to assist you. And, if you are a veteran, specialized advising is just for you.

We value your success and will be there to support you every step of the way.
