Foundation Center

The Brendlinger Library is a Cooperating Collection of the Foundation Center.

As a member of this nationwide network, the Library provides visitors with free public access to grantmaker directories, books on fundraising and nonprofit management, and the Foundation Center's electronic database, The Foundation Directory Online.

The Cooperating Collection of the Foundation Center at Montgomery County Community College is available all the hours The Brendlinger Library is open.

Our regular semester hours are

Monday-Thursday 7:30 am-9:30 pm
Friday 7:30 am-5:00 pm
Saturday 10:00 am-4:00 pm
Sunday 1:00 pm-5:00 pm

If you need a librarian to assist you, or if you are a representative from a local non-profit and would like your organization to be included on our list of local grant-seeking non-profits, please email or call Lawrence Greene at lgreene@mc3.edu or 215-619-7352 in advance of your visit. Appointments with the librarian are available Monday-Friday 7:30 am-3:30 pm.

To access these online resources, you MUST come to The Brendlinger Library and ask a Reference librarian to log you in. They are not available remotely.

There are two dedicated Cooperating Collection desktop computers located in the Indexes area of the main floor of the Library.

If you need assistance using the databases, please bring your questions to the Reference Desk.
