HOS 298 Coop Internship-Hotel/Rest II

This is a continuation of the Cooperative Internship in Hotel/Restaurant I in which the student is required to work an additional minimum of 225 hours in a college-approved hospitality situation in the student's area of specialization, i.e. food service majors - front-of-the-house, dining room, etc. or hotel majors - front-of-the-house, accounting, reservations, front desk, etc.
