The Helpdesk is the central point of contact for all IT requests. If you are on campus, faculty and staff can use the internal web site, Mcadam, to request and track their service requests. If you are off campus, call the Helpdesk at 215-641-6495. Helpdesk Hours of Operation
Fall and Spring
- Monday through Friday
7:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.- Saturday
9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.Summer
- Monday through Thursday
7:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.- Friday
7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
