IT Help for Students

All classrooms and computer labs are equipped with a telephone. If you encounter a problem, for example if you forgot your id or password, contact the Helpdesk by pressing the Computer Services button on the telephone. If you are off campus, call the Helpdesk at 215-641-6495 or send email to help@mc3.edu. Calling the Helpdesk connects you to an answering tree. Follow the instructions to speak with an operator.

  • Monday through Friday
    7:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
  • Saturday
    9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Summer

  • Monday through Thursday
    7:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
  • Friday
    7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
