Change of Audit/Credit Status

Students have the option to enroll in courses at Montgomery County Community College with an audit status.  Prior to the start of a semester, students can indicate their desire to audit a course(s) on the Registration form.  If you choose to audit a course, you are required to attend the classes regularly. The audit requirements are instructor dependent. Standard tuition and fees applies for all audited courses.

If you wish to change your course status during the semester, you must obtain the permission of the instructor and the Division Dean.

The Change of Audit/ Credit form can be obtained by printing it from the link on the right or by visiting our office at either the Blue Bell or Pottstown campus.

Students receiving financial aid must obtain permission from a Financial Aid Officer to change from credit to audit status.

Completed forms must be submitted prior to the Final Grades Due date listed of the Registration Calendar.
