Graduation

Congratulations as you near the completion of your degree or certificate requirements! |
During your final semester at the college, you must indicate your intention to graduate by completing the Application for Graduation (graduation form) and returning it to the Office of Student Records & Registration Systems at the Blue Bell Campus or the ARP Office at the Pottstown Campus.
Students can also apply for graduation by logging into WebAdvisor and choosing Application for Graduation under the Academic Profile Menu.
Students are strongly encouraged to meet with an Academic Advisor to review their graduation requirements and eligibility for graduation. Additionally, you may view your degree audit by logging into WebAdvisor and clicking on Program Evaluation under the Academic Planning Menu.
In April, students who have submitted graduation applications will receive information on commencement concerning the date, time, and place from the Student Activities Office. Students who graduated in August and December will also be invited to participate in the May Graduation ceremony.

Submission Dates:- Summer 2008 (August) - Deadline July 25, 2008
- Fall 2008 (December) - Deadline November 28, 2008
- Spring 2009 (May) - Deadline March 31, 2009
- Summer 2009 (May - walk in May 09 Commencement) - Deadline March 31, 2009
- Summer 2009 (August) - Deadline July 31, 2009
