Student Records & Registration
Visiting/Transient Students:
Students who are enrolled at other colleges or universities are welcome to take courses at Montgomery County Community College during fall, spring, or summer terms.
All visiting students are encouraged to check with their home institution about the transferability of the course(s) to their home institutions.

To register for a course, students should:
- Complete the New Student Application online at www.mc3.edu/online_app/online_app.asp.
- After waiting 48 business hours, students can mail, fax or complete their registration in person at the Office of Student Records and Registration Systems (Blue Bell) or the Admissions, Registration and Payment Office (Pottstown) campus.
- Students must mail, fax or bring a copy of their unofficial transcripts along with the Registration Forms to the Office of Student Records and Registration, or the ARP, to prove that all prerequisite course work was completed at another institution to obtain an exemption from the placement test or to take the course.
Visiting/Transient students are not permitted to register online via WebAdvisor.
