Selecting and Scheduling Courses
One of the quickest and easiest ways to see what courses are available in any given semester is to access WebAdvisor, our online registration and records system.Search for the course and you'll see the dates, times, and days it is offered - and how many seats are available. Then complete your registration online!

Adding or Dropping Courses
Be sure to speak to an advisor if you have any questions about the add, drop, and withdrawal procedures listed below:
- You may drop and add courses in person at the registration window in College Hall or online using WebAdvisor.
- You may add courses at any time prior to the first day of classes.
- If adding a course makes a you a full time student (with a total of 12 or
more credits), you will need an advisor's signature.
- If you add a course on or after the first day the class meets, you will be
charged a late fee.
- After the first week of the regularly scheduled Fall and Spring semesters,
you may add a course only with the instructor's written permission.
- Call Admissions at 215-641-6551 (610-718-1830 - West Campus) for add/drop policies for summer, weekend,
and other non-regularly scheduled semester courses.
- You may drop courses prior to the first day of classes and during the drop/add
period (usually the first week of Fall and Spring semesters for regularly
scheduled courses).
- If you drop courses during the second or third week of the semester, you may receive
only partial tuition refund.
- After the third week of the regularly scheduled Fall and Spring semesters
and prior to one week after mid-semester, you may fill out a withdrawal
form to withdraw from courses and earn a grade of W.
