Degree Audit

What is a degree audit?

A degree audit is a personalized computer analysis of a student's progress towards a certificate or degree in his or her chosen program of study. The audit includes placement testing information, courses completed at MCCC, and courses transferred from other colleges or universities that meet MCCC program of study requirements. The degree audit also indicates which courses are still needed for graduation in that particular major.

How do I get my degree audit?

You may obtain a copy of your degree audit online at WebAdvisor to help you assess your progress and identify the coursework you have yet to complete. To access the degree audit, go to WebAdvisor, log in, go to Students, and click on Program Evaluation. You may also stop in to the Student Success Center on either campus and ask for a degree audit.

What if I want to see how my courses fit into a different major?

Advisors or counselors at Central or West campus can print a personalized degree audit in any major you choose. You can also try out different programs of study online at WebAdvisor. Click on Program Evaluation. Go to the question: What if I changed my program of study? and enter any major from the pull down menu. Stop in, call, or email us to discuss any questions you may have about your audit.
