  • Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) forms available for the new academic year.
  • Book checks available first day of classes to students with financial aid (Pell and SEOG) funds greater than tuition and fees in the Business Office.
  • Hope Scholarship/Tax Credit 1098Ts mailed to students.

February

  • Financial Aid Awareness Month
  • Awarded Financial Aid applied to student accounts after the drop/add registration period.

March

  • Financial Aid Workshops offered at Central and West Campuses to review general information and to assist parents and students with completing the FAFSA.

April

  • April 15th Federal Income Tax Filing Deadline

May

  • May 1st - PHEAA State Grant FAFSA filing deadline
  • Academic Progress checked after Spring grades for financial aid eligibility

June

July

  • July 2nd - Deadline for filing FAFSA for prior academic year
  • Tuition Deadline Date for the Fall semester
  • Foundation Scholarships awarded for next academic year

August

  • Students must notify Financial Aid of any enrollment changes for Fall semester
  • Deadline for Federal Work Study Application for Fall semester.

September
