Your Guide to a Safe Campus - Blue Bell (2006-07)
Keeping Our Campus Safe
Montgomery County Community College is a safe campus and we are committed to keeping it safe. The Trustees, the Administration, Public Safety, Health Services and Student Affairs are continuously working together to upgrade and promote a safe environment. Examples of our ongoing efforts include: enhanced lighting in the Special Parking areas adjacent to Science Center, College Hall and Parkhouse Hall; on campus SEPTA bus service; handrails on the steps and ramps of College Hall and Science Center; installation of new elevators in College Hall, Parkhouse Hall, Science Center and Physical Education Center; and expansion of Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) Program by placing AED units in more buildings on campus..
This brochure is an effort to inform everyone on campus about what to do in case of an emergency situation as well as to offer some safety tips. Your cooperation is needed to help maintain a safe campus.
Since safety is an ongoing process and involves all of us, your suggestions
are welcomed. Please stop by the Public Safety office in College Hall and
share your ideas and concerns with us.
