Work-Related Injury or Illness
- Blue Bell - Contact Public Safety at ext. 6666 from any college phone or 215-641-6666 from any pay phone or cell phone.
- Pottstown - Contact Public Safety at ext. 1913 from any college phone or dial 610-718-1913 from any pay phone or cell phone.
- The College Nurse, when on campus and available, will be notified by the Switchboard Operator and will provide assistance, if needed.
- All accidents, injuries and/or illnesses involving College employees and students (regardless of campus site), including those involving any extracurricular activities, must be reported within 24–48 hours to Public Safety and the College Nurse, as well as documented on the College's Accident / Injury / Illness Report Form (available from Public Safety and the College Nurse).
- If treatment is require by a local healthcare provider (i.e. hospital, Occupational Health, etc.), bring or send copies of medical reports from the healthcare provider to Human Resources in College Hall - Room 201, to assist with completion of a Workers Compensation Claim Form.
