The President is the administrative head of the Executive Branch of the Government which includes numerous agencies as well as the 15 executive departments (the Cabinet).
The Executive Office advises the President, helps to formulate policy and performs the day to day operations of the President's agenda.

Council of Economic Advisors

This Office coordinates efforts to reduce the number of new cases of infection in the U.S. It also works to coordinate an integrated approach to the prevention, care and treatment of HIV/AIDS in the U.S. and abroad. |

Office of National Drug Control Policy
This Office coordinates Federal, state, and local efforts to control illegal drug abuse and devises national policy and strategies to effectively carry out antidrug activities.
