Public Library of Science (PLoS)
This site is published by a non profit organization of scientists and physicians committed to making the world's scientific and medical literature a freely available public resource. To that end, PLoS has published its own in-print and online journal, PLoS Biology, which began publication in October 2003 and is available on the website. PLoS Medicine will follow this year.
