In addition to the web pages available through Opposing Viewpoints, try searching the Librarians' Internet Index (video) for authoritative web pages. LII is a directory of sites that have been evaluated by a librarian. Another directory you may want to try is the Internet Public Library.
Of course, you can also use a search engine or web directory such as Google or Yahoo to find a web page. Since anyone can publish anything on the web, however, you need to evaluate the web page you found if you decide to use the information it contains.
