You'll use the Boolean operators "and", "or", "not" to combine two or more words to form a search string.
The word "and" will narrow your search; the word "or" will broaden your search.
To search on variations of the same word, truncate the word by taking off the ending and replacing it with a dollar sign, like this: bully$
