MC3 Connect

    Current and returning students (since 1990) may register using MC3 Connect, the touch-tone registration system. Payment is due in full at the time of registration. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover or cash/check by the end of the next business day.

    Start Here

    • If you experience difficulty in using MC3 Connect, contact the help desk at 215-641-6562.
    • Telephone registration hours are 6:00 a.m. to midnight seven days a week.
    • You must pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) when registering or have college approved financial aid.
    • You must have a touch-tone phone.
    • Have alternative selections ready.
    • Course codes (phone codes) are listed for each course selection under each section in the Course Guide and appear in parenthesis when searching in WebAdvisor.
    • Be sure you have met all prerequisites for all courses.
    • Important: When entering numbers, you must include all digits, including leading zeros.

    To Begin Telephone Registration

    Call 215-641-6458 (Central Campus) or 610-718-1807 (West Campus). Then listen to the voice prompts as you go or refer to the directions.

    To Register or Add

    1. At the voice prompt, enter 1 to register for classes.
    2. At the voice prompt, enter 1 to use your seven digit MCCC Student Number or enter 2 to use your Social Security number. You will be prompted to press 1 if correct or 2 if incorrect.
    3. At the voice prompt, enter your four digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). (The last four digits of you Social Security number.)
    4. Listen carefully to all the term messages before making your selection.  Be sure to select the credit term for credit courses or the Continuing Education term for the non-credit courses.
    5. To register or add a course, Press 1.
    6. Enter the five digit Phone Code for the course/section you would like to register.
    7. If the course that the system plays back top you is correct press 1.  If the course is not correct press2.
    8. If you wish to take the course for credit, press 2; if you are taking the course for Audit (no credit) then press 1. If you wish to register for another course go back to step 5. Press 1 to return to the main menu.
    9. If you are finished registering, press 6 to obtain your Accounts Receivable balance (AR). This balance will include any outstanding balances from prior semesters and future semesters for which you have pre-registered.
    10. Press 1 to pay your balance by credit card. Press 2 if you have College approved financial aid to cover the charges, or if you are registering before July 27, 2002.

    Remember

    • Do not hang up in the middle of the call.
    • Before you hang up, you must use action code 6 to finalize and validate your registration.
    • If you have difficulty or cannot complete the call, use action code 1 to return to the main menu and select action code 4 to exit without updating your account.
    • If you do not hear your tuition amount before you hang up, you did not register successfully because you have not completed the payment process.
    • If you choose the credit card option the full amount of all tuition and fees will be charged regardless of any financial aid that you may have.
    • You must be a student on our system since Fall of 1990 and have no changes to make such as name, address, residency, etc., to use MC3 Connect.
