Payment Information

The primary responsibility to pay tuition and fees belongs to the student. If there is some other sponsor, scholarship, or Financial Aid available, any remaining balance must be paid by the student. In the event of the loss of financial support, the student is responsible for the full amount due.

Tuition and fee payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Cash/check payments must be received by the end of the next business day. Payment methods for transactions other than tuition and fees can be made using cash or check only; examples of such transactions are parking tickets, library fines, etc.

Types of tuition and fee payment methods are:

Fax the payment information with a registration form.

MC3 Connect (automated touchtone):

You can pay with a credit card using the the automated MC3 Connect Touchtone Phone Registration system.

Webadvisor Web Registration

You can pay with a credit card when you access Web Registration using WebAdvisor via MCCC's web site.

In Person (at the cashiers office):

Payments can be made at the cashiers office Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and
Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Payments at the cashiers' windows can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks, money orders, and cash. Electronic transfers are accepted on an approval basis.
