MCCC's Refund Policy

    14-Week Regular Semester Courses

    • Prior to the first day of Classes (semester not your class) - 100% tuition and fees.

    • To the end of the 1st week of Classes - 100% tuition less fees.

    • To the end of the 2nd week of Classes - 50% tuition less fees.

    • No refunds after the 2nd week of Classes.

    Irregular (less than 14 week) Courses

    • Prior to the first day of the class - 100% tuition and fees.

    • To the end of 10% of the scheduled instruction time - 100% tuition less fees.

    • To the end of 20% of the scheduled instruction time - 50% tuition less fees.

    • No refunds after 20% of the scheduled instruction time.

    Exceptions

    Must complete and have processed the drop or withdrawal and complete the Tuition Appeal Request Form available at the Office of Admissions, Records, and Registration.
