On 12/10/04, West Campus Meridian Club members attended the Student Activities All Club Holiday Luncheon at Cutillo's Restaurant. 	Participate in 8th Grade Career and Leadership Conference on 1/11 and 1/13/05.
	Participate in New Student Spring Orientation on 1/12/05.
	Participate in Spring Meet the Clubs on 1/25/05.
	Sponsor collection of used/old eyeglasses for Donation to the Lion's Eye Bank in 2/05.
	Rocket Car Wash Coupon Sale 2/05 and 3/05. (Benefit the AHA of Pottstown, $152 and $152.)
	Test Anxiety and Time Management Workshop on 2/14/05.
	Bake Sale for Tsunami Relief Efforts on 2/15/05. (Benefit for Ao Khoei fishing village - $130.)
	Go Red for Women Day on 2/22/05. (Benefit the AHA of Pottstown, $272.)
	Participate in Student Leadership Reception with BOT on 3/21/05.
	Financial Aid Workshop on 4/11/05.
	Participate in Spring Fling Picnic on 4/13/05.
	Participate in West Campus Lasagna Dinner on 4/14/05. (Benefit ROTOM.)

	College Suicide Awareness Workshop on 4/25/05. (Donated facilitator's guides with two copies of video, The Truth About Suidcide—Real Stories About Depression in College, to the College's AV Libraries.)
	Groucho Marx Glasses Event on 4/30/05. (Benefit American Cancer Society.)
	Participate in Central and West Campuses Meridian Club Annual Spring Luncheon on 5/4/05.
	Participate in West Campus Faculty/Staff Appreciation Luncheon on 5/11/05.
	Participate in College's Meridian Clubs' Luncheon at the William Penn Inn on 5/12/05.

Fall 2004 Meetings were held on Wednesdays at 12 Noon in Room 115 9/22/04 10/6/04 10/20/04 11/3/04 11/17/04 12/1/04 12/15/04

On 12/1/04, West Campus Meridian Club members wrapped gifts for their 2004 Holiday Adopted Family. From left to right are: Terri Payne, Monica Mizell, Natalie Hillman, and Abbie Poelhuis.

	Sponsored Voter Registration Drive from September 20 through September 29. Over 250 voter registration application forms were distributed. Some application forms were mail by West Campus at the request of students who did not have postage stamps.
	Workshop held on October 6 - Topic: Understanding Stress - Doing More for Yourself than Just Surviving. 11 students attended presentation given by Grace Spena, College Nurse.
	Two club members (Abbie Poelhuis and Natalie Hillman) participated in the Student Leadership Retreat held on October 8 and 9.
	Sponsored Bake Sale on November 15 to raise monies for Club activities, such as the ICR All Clubs Project - Reach One to Touch One Ministries - to raise monies for the orphans and elderly in Uganda. Made over $80.
	Participated in West Campus Fall Meet the Clubs on September 15.
	Participated in West Campus Fall Open House on November 7.
	Participated in West Campus School Spirit Day on November 9.
	Sponsored a Juvenile Diabetes information table on October 25 and October 27 (during the West Campus Health Fair). Donations were received from the WC community by Terri Payne and Monica Mizell for the Juvenile Diabetes Walk on October 31. Over $300 in donations was raised for this worthwhile endeavor.
	Sponsored a Skin Cancer Awareness resource table on October 25, October 27 (during the West Campus Health Fair), and on November 18 (during the WC Medical Assisting Program's Free Health Screening event). Display board and handouts were made available by Abbie Poelhuis and Linda Murray.
	Participated in the West Campus Student Activities All Clubs Holiday luncheon at Cutillo's Restaurant on December 10.
	Sponsored a family in need from the Pottstown area through the College's ACT 101 Holiday Adopt A Family Program. Provided gifts and a full turkey dinner to a single mother and her three children. Members wrapped gifts on December 8 and these, along with the food items, were presented to the mother on December 15 by Grace Spena.
	Sponsored Meridian Club Holiday Get Together luncheon on December 15 and invited members of the West Campus staff to attend. A good time was had by all!

Spring 2004 Participated in New and Returning Students Spring Orientation Program on 1/14/04 Donated 21 pairs of eyeglasses, 2 sunglasses, 1 pair of frames and 5 cases to the Lion’s Bank on 2/4/04 Held a "Meet the Meridian Club" program on 2/11 (due to a conflict in schedule on the 2/10 - when the "Meet the Clubs" program was held) Sponsored a Voter Registration Drive on March 24 and 25 – gave out 100 forms (in time for the Primary Election scheduled for April 27, 2004) Participated in West Campus Spring Open House on 3/28/04 Sponsored a Raffle, from March 24 through the month of April, to raise monies to help support the All Clubs’ Faculty/Staff Appreciation Luncheon scheduled for May 12, 2004 – raised $170. A variety of health and wellness items were given as prizes. Participation in Lasagna Dinner on 4/15/04. Sold tickets and raised $117. Two club members participated in the March of Dimes Walk held on April 25 and raised over $100.

Fall 2003 Participated in the Non-Traditional Students Orientation on 9/4/03. Participated in the Fall "Meet the Clubs" Program on 9/17/03. Workshop on 10/13/03 on the topic of Understanding Stress – Doing More for Yourself Than Just Surviving - presented by Grace Spena, College Nurse. Workshop on 11/6/03 on the topic of on Time Management for Academic Success - presented by Ruth Godin, West Campus Advisor/Counselor. Participated in the West Campus Fall Open House on 11/9/03. On 11/14/03 started collection of used/old eyeglasses for Donation to the Lion’s Eye Bank. Participated in the All Clubs Holiday Social on 12/17/03.
