Transfer Documentation

The following information is available in the Student Success Center.

Partnership Agreement Fact Sheets and Academic Passport Information

Partnership Agreements generally include Dual Admissions, Core-to-Core Transfer and scholarships/course discounts. Fact Sheets and Dual Admissions Intent Forms are available for Albright College, Arcadia University, Cabrini College, Chestnut Hill College, Delaware Valley College, DeSales University, Gwynedd-Mercy College, Kutztown University, Peirce College, Penn State Abington, Philadelphia University's Accelerated Bachelor of Science Degree Completion Evening Program, Rosemont College, Strayer University, Temple University, University of Phoenix and Villanova University Part-Time Studies. Other partnerships are currently being negotiated. Information on Academic Passport with the State System of Higher Education (SSHE) Universities is also available.

Transfer Guides

Most guides include general transfer information and a list of MCCC courses that satisfy pre-major and/or general education requirements for a particular major(s) offered at a four-year college. On some guides, the courses listed will satisfy both MCCC's requirements for an Associate Degree and general education and pre-major requirements for the four-year college and appropriate major. Transfer guides are not formal signed agreements. Therefore, these guides are reviewed periodically and may be subject to change. Transfer guides are available for many PA four-year colleges. Read all the notes on the guides as they contain important information regarding transfer. Note the date on the guides you are following and check periodically in the Counseling Center for updated guides. The date on the guide is generally found on the lower right section on the last page of the guide.

Equivalency Lists

These are lists of MCCC courses and the equivalent four-year college courses. These lists should be used in conjunction with the four-year college's catalogue. It is advisable to seek assistance from a counselor when using an equivalency list. These lists are available for some PA Colleges.

College Source Online

This features over 10,500 college catalogs complete cover to cover with original page format including two-year, four-year, graduate and professional schools.
