Transfer Programs
Partner Days and Evenings
During these programs, students will have the opportunity to speak with representatives from our Partner institutions about Dual Admissions, Core to Core Transfer and scholarships/course discounts. A complete schedule of Partner Days and Evenings is available in the Counseling Center.
Transfer Wednesdays
During these programs, students are able to speak with four-year college representatives about Bachelor Degree programs, admission procedures, financial aid and transfer policies. Four Transfer Wednesdays are scheduled for the fall and spring semesters in the lower lobby of College Hall. Around 40-50 colleges and universities participate in Transfer Wednesdays, with usually 10-15 colleges attending each program.
Evening College Transfer Night
During this program, four-year evening college representatives are available to speak with students about degree programs, admission procedures, financial aid and transfer policies. This program is scheduled for one night during the spring semester in the Parkhouse Hall Lobby. Around 15-20 area colleges with evening programs participate.
College Fair
Over 200 four-year college representatives are available in the P.E. building to speak with and distribute information to interested high school and transfer students. This program is scheduled for one night during the fall semester.
Transfer Open Houses/Evaluation Days
These programs are available at some four-year colleges. Information is posted on the bulletin board located outside of the Counseling Center.
Campus Tours
Tours of a four-year college can be arranged by contacting the four-year college's Admissions Office.
