Kickball Tournament (5V5) - Rules
Eligibility
- All players must be currently registered MCCC students.
Equipment
- All players must wear appropriate attire.
- Sneakers must be worn.
- Street clothes are not allowed.
- The College will provide all necessary equipment/
Play
- Teams are 5 v. 5
- The defensive team may line up in any manner they see fit.
- Game time is forfeit time. A team must have 5 players at the beginning & end of the game.
- You may have more than 5 players on your team roster.
- The kicking team will supply the pitcher for their team.
- There will be one pitch and must be kicked. The player receives another pitch if the first was fouled. 2 fouls results in an out.
- A player is out if they kick 2 fouls in a row, gets hit by the ball below the shoulders and before they reach the base, a pop fly is caught, or if a player is off the base before the kicker kicks the ball.
- A player that is hit while in a non running position and is hit in the face/head will be ruled out. Bending down or diving to the ground to avoid getting hit.
