- Molecular Biology
- Protein Biochemistry
- Mammalian Cell Culture
- Cell Biology
- Microbiology
- Molecular Separation and Purification
Two degree options in Biotechnology are offered
- A.S. option — appropriate for students intending to transfer to a 4-year institution to complete a B.S. degree.
- A.A.S. option — appropriate for students wishing to enter the workforce upon completing their degree.
