Class Of 2009
Lansdale
My name is Danielle Wilson and I am a senior in the Dental Hygiene Program at Montgomery County Community College. I am a recent graduate of Penn State University (2006) with a BS degree in neuroscience. While at Penn State, I was a research assistant, helping to studying borderline personality disorder. I was also a member of the BIG Brother/BIG Sister Program for two years. Upon completing my baccalaureate degree, I decided to pursue a life-long dream and a degree in dental hygiene. I was accepted into Montgomery County Community College’s Dental Hygiene Program in 2008. I served as the class secretary for the class of 2009. In addition, I work as a student tutor for members of the freshman class
In the fall semester of 2007, I was awarded the CMMC Volunteer Auxiliary Scholarship. This semester, I have been awarded scholarships from the Friends of North Penn Community Health Foundation and the American Dental Hygienists’ Association Institute for Oral Health.
I am looking forward to graduating from the Dental Hygiene Program this spring and passing my Dental Hygiene Board Exams, so I may pursue a Master’s Degree in Dental Hygiene.
