How can you benefit?
If you are a newly applying TANF recipient or an individual who is already receiving TANF benefits you can gain tremendous knowledge on the job front.
As an EARN participant you will have an EARN Case Manager who is there for you, as well as a team of job developers, GED instructors, outside presenters and Administrators from Montgomery County Community College there to help you along the way.
Not only will you write a resume, be prepared with interviewing techniques, job search training and job readiness/preparation, you will also attend workshops sponsored by Montgomery County Community College.
